The Sony-developed X-Balanced Speaker Unit maximizes the diaphragm area, leading to increased sound pressure for more intense bass. Paired with a two-way speaker system, consisting of a woofer for low and mid frequencies and a dedicated tweeter for clear vocals, the speaker delivers an impressive “Live Sound” mode that simulates a three-dimensional sound experience.

Design and Lighting

The robust design of the SRS-XB43 with its IP67 certification makes it the perfect companion for any environment—whether at the beach, in the forest, or by the pool. The surface is washable and resilient. A highlight is the dynamic party lighting: Multi-colored light strips and speaker lighting pulse to the beat of the music, ensuring the right party atmosphere. The light effects can be customized and controlled via the Sony | Music Center app.
