At the heart is the 7 mm TrueResponse transducer, an improved version of Sennheiser’s trusted dynamic drivers. It delivers an extremely wide frequency response from 5 Hz to 48,000 Hz, enabling unparalleled sound clarity and dynamics.

A standout innovation is the X3R technology, which is milled directly into the housing. This system consists of three Helmholtz resonator chambers that eliminate unwanted resonances and disruptive pressure peaks. The result is a clean, precise, and unadulterated sound that reproduces music exactly as it was recorded in the studio. The housing itself is a masterpiece of engineering: it is precision-milled from a single block of aluminum and then anodized, which not only ensures exceptional robustness but also creates a striking and elegant design.

The IE 900 offer a reliable and stable connection to the cables thanks to the gold-plated Fidelity (+) MMCX connectors. Three different para-aramid reinforced cables are included in the box (3.5 mm, 2.5 mm, and 4.4 mm), allowing for flexible connectivity with a wide range of audio devices such as high-end players, DACs, and amplifiers. With the included silicone and memory foam ear adapters in three sizes each, a perfect, noise-isolating fit can be found. Each earbud weighs only 4 grams, ensuring a very high level of wearing comfort.
